There seems to be lots of complaints about the fact that IRCC website uses months to calculate work experience for ITA, but relies on VO to count exact work experience at eAPR stage, which results in experience calculation confusion and misrepresentation.
But I'm just not sure why IRCC hasn't fixed this issue yet, since it definitely has wide and negative impact on enormous applicants.

- Technical difficulty, too much effort to change the web page form on their website
- IRCC takes it lightly and doesn't view its impact as significant enough
- Even a new date/week based calculation form might still cause errors, VO need to recalculate at later stage anyway
