We appled as Common Law partners in Manila.

Provided everything possible (everything they ask for in the OP2 manual as proof) to show genuine and ongoing relationship. Over three years together.

She received passport request and then a request for a signed history of her previous relationship with her husband.

She is married in the Philippines and there is no divorce.

She provided a separation agreement signed by both her and her husband and 3 notarized affidavids validating the date of their separation.

Now a request for interview, asking for nothing??

Any ideas why?

Regards,

Raymond

Good luck with yours!

Interviews are more to try and catch people scamming the system just go be truthfull and al will be well.If your marriage is sincere you have no worries.Common Law couples are more so to get interviewed than married couples its just their way of trying to keep out the frauded relationships dont worry.
