Why I do not get any points for my foreign work experience

I have one year foreign work experience under NOC category A and I added it to my work history section. My primary work is in Canada which is almost more than 2 years and in Category B. As it is mentiomed in CIC, I can get points for foreign work experience but my score is remain unchange. Does anyone know what is the problem?
