Why do all PNP need you to have the sufficient funds before applying?

I mean, a lot of people that I know are going there to earn. They do have the money but >$12000 is really out of question for many. As far as I know all PNPs need them.

1. <400 - no hope for anyone except PNP or a job offer.
2. Getting job offer is very difficult.
3. PNP without funds. Impossible.

Express entry is anything but express. The truly talented seem to be left out.

I feel your pain. Latest statistics from 2016 show that 16% of all applicants invited to apply came as cooks or food service managers.

Clearly there are some shortcomings of the economic immigration programs.

True. It is the middle class that always gets the worst hit.
