Friends,

Isn't it weird, that CIC is updating the NOC completed applications list, but there is just no clue what date these numbers are against?

Like these numbers are for what date after all ....01st May , 5th May, 12 May , 20 May , or any random day , till date?

Why so much of mystery CIC maintains on this?

People here do lots of handwork to send the applications, but hope they do not find the door closed by the time their applications reaches CIC.

For ex. if these numbers are within first week of May 2014, then for some hot NOCs, its very very unlikely if someone
sends their application now, if they send, its sheer waste of time and efforts for them and candidates.

What is your opinion? What date these number stands for?

Assume the numbers are always 4-6 weeks behind. That's how it's always been in previous years. So right now the numbers reflect applications received sometime in May.

Unfortunately CIC's numbers are not always an accurate estimate of the number of applications they have received at the time you view it. If you would like to apply for your permanent residency the rule is do it as soon as you can because you never know when the caps are going to reach and as a result you might miss out on an opportunity.
CIC call center agents will be unable to provide you more information on the occupation caps than that is already available on CIC's website.
