They said "regular draw" so I guess next will be at the end of this month.

Unlike Australia's SkillSelect, Canada's EE system is relatively new and these "not fixed" draw dates & cut-off points could possibly allow CIC to have some way to massage the system (eg. target those 2014 backlogs) and they might still be in the process of stabilizing it.

Let's just be patient as our ITA will come sooner or later.
