Why Additional documents disappeared in the doc list? Asivad, Please come in

There was a place to upload additional documents in the document list, but I opened today, it disappeared in my document list, no idea why?? Then where to upload my explanation letter???

There was a place to upload additional documents in the document list, but I opened today, it disappeared in my document list, no idea why?? Then where to upload my explanation letter???

It happened to me several times, as well. Very random. Try logging out and then logging in again. Most of the time that solved it for me. I also noticed that things would disappear from my account when my internet connection wasn't as good, and later on they would reappear.
