Wht is the time processing for LMO for ontario these days?Plz guide me

I am from India.My employer applied for my LMO on 22nd Aug 2012 in semi skilled category for toronto.Is toronto and ontario has same office.Have anybody applied for same or matching category.reply plz.I keenly need ur suggestion and guidance for this plzzzzzzzz.I am new for this.I need help to clear my doubts.plz plz plzzzzzzzzzz

mine was applied 1st feb 2012 for toronto ... then got letter from service canada on 13 august... and today its 22 September no answer till now...
