While preparing documents for the EE PR application, there are few supportive documents in every application that are to be attached along with the required one. Also the LoE is there. All these documents are uploaded online and processed I suppose randomly around the world by various CIC officials.
My question - Whom to address this letter? Can anyone please guide on the proper address/salutation of such documents? Will it be the CIC Canada office? If yes then pls state what it is.
Or will it be the regional offices within my country?
Query on this - I am from India and I can see that there are many visa offices (Chandigarh, Jaladhar and so on).
Will my application be processed by the New Delhi office or these regional visa offices?
