i have the swift copy for 10100 cad/-, i had paid the money on 28th oct mon and i still unclear

i have heard that we should email the swift copy,but my question is

whom do i email ? from where do i email? some say email from secure email which scotia bank had sent

in the secure mail of scotia bank there is no option of compose . So how do i email them please help guys

first of all calm down..

U just paid 3 days ago.. so still a lot of time left..
wait for 3 more working days..

Keep checking ur email..
if u do not recv it till then.. then just send them a mail stating your GIC account number and name, attach your swift recpt.. ask politely to process your GIC soon..
dats it.. dont write a 100 words letter..
keep it short n simple..

now.. to send the mail.. open ur securemail account and reply to the mail u got when they opened your account..
