It has been over a month and a half since the ppr was issued. We are still waiting for a response from them. I want to know what is the email address of the delhi visa office that my husband should contact to get an update on our application?

Since the processing time for ND for 80% of the spousal applications is 6 months, your spouse is still well within the processing time. ND asks for the Passport months before the visa is issued.
