When they asked for the passport pictures they said we will inform you in due time I'm not not sure what that means. I hope it's going to be done by the time for Christmas.

You can sent them an email to confirm if they received the pictures. They mean if something els is needed after the pictures requested they will get in contact with you!!

I not know if is really BGC or they wait until medical expires to request new one as it expires on 04.12.2017 and due date on last notes was 16.11.2017. I have requested new notes again yesterday as I saw the file just moved after I requested the first notes in July and issues on august just day before first e-mail from VO.

Since July of this year. We re beyond frustrated with the VO. Our local MP contacted them last week on our behalf and they said that by February next year we will hear from them. I don't know what they re doing this long.
