Who is my MP? (currently outside Canada)

I am currently working outside Canada. Given my circumstances, could I contact any MP, or do I have to contact the MP for the riding where I used to live, or am I simply left without representation? I would appreciate you insight on this.

Yes, I believe that the best option is to contact the MP from the place you used to live,
but if you have family in Canada may be good if you get their address as your mailing address,
and therefore, your own address, to facilitate the link between you and the MP.
