Hello everyone, have a question, does any one of you have any idea on who reviews the PR Express Entry Profile once its been submitted ? is it being done by a visa officer locally where it was submitted ? or is it done through somewhere else ?

No, this is done centrally.

I really don't know why you would want to know this.
No matter where it is done, rest assured that it is done according to their service standards and everything is checked properly.
