My wife and her son are both Canadian citizens, when applying for express entry should I be listing them as dependants for the purposes of the application?

I can't find a definitive answer anywhere on this.

For additional info, She is a full-time student. They are both financially dependent on me.

The correct definition of "Dependants" in the Canadian terminology is: your own family (spouse and children) who rely on you for financial support. This doesn't include your parents !

So, yes you have to input your wife and son's information as dependants.
