Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Does anyone want to share what they occupied their free time with while waiting for their visa/loved one's visa?

I'm...
learning languages
cleaning/organizing
visiting friends/relatives that I probably won't see much after the visa

I imagine most of us have busy lives. I am planning another visit to my wife after graduation. 3 weeks to go! When I return I will start my new job in my chosen field. My wife works long hours and there is a 11 hour time difference, but we still manage to spend lots of time talking.

I'm pregnant. Lol I work full time. I talk to my husband at least every other day on Skype. I'm doing a lot of stuff to prepare for the baby. I also like to plan things like board game nights and stuff. I started growing some spices indoors. We have spent more time apart than we have together, I miss him but I'm used to it. Unfortunately he suffers more because he has trouble finding regular work and so he's not guaranteed an 8 hour distraction everyday.

Your 8 hour distraction will soon become a 24 hr distraction...a good one though lol congratulations.

Yes thank you. I am due July 3rd. If everything goes well I will take the baby back to Costa Rica this fall and stay there for the duration of my maternity leave. I hope that my husband will get the pr visa before my mat leave is complete so he can come back to canada with us, but I know of course that nothing is guaranteed.

Oh right!
I forgot to mention "talking to my spouse" on my list!
Sure beats doing anything else on there.

Board game nights sound fun. Growing herbs is a good idea also!

Congratulations on your upcoming little bundle!
I pray your husband is delivered to you quicker than expected!
