While studying full time and simultaneously working full time, Will i get Points for CES & FSW?

I was studying full time and simultaneously working full time in india (8 hours a day and 40 hours a week) NOC 4163.

Will they count my work experience?? And will i get points for it?

If you can document your work experience and it meets the qualifying criteria - 12 consecutive months full time in the same NOC code - then it will count.

Well i was working for the same company for 3 years while studying full time.

Will they create any problem as i was working full time and simultaneously studying full time?

Not if it wasn't in Canada.

No, as long as all this was outside Canada.
