Hi,

Are you making the payment for the first stage to NS Sydney? If yes then you just need to fill out the payment form with your credit card details and send it with your documents, you cant pay online.

You cannot make online payments for FSW application to Sydney. Don't do that else you may lose your money & get your application rejected for non receipt of fees!
Use the fee payment form IMM5620E & fill in your Credit Card details & send alongwith your complete application to NS, Sydney. They will debit the card at an appropriate time when they process your application.

It depends on the state of your application at CIO, Sydney. If all is well then usually between 45-75 days after receipt at CIO.
