Which will be the VO processing my application?

Hi,

We are planning to move to Quebec in June 23 to apply for PR for my wife (Italian). She would enter as visitor and we would apply outland, but live together in Quebec. We have been living for the last 10 years in London, but at the time of the application we will be living in Quebec.

Which will be the VO processing the application? I know that the London VO is very slow, so hoping it won't be that one. If it is the Rome VO, is it generally faster than London?

No way to know really, could also be done from Canada (nominally Ottawa). But reputations of some offices are often a function of the difficulty of apps they process (countries) and London covers much of middle east / Afghanistan / Pakistan. For NATO passport holders who have been living in UK, it might be quite a bit quicker than you'd think by reputation of the passport office. Same holds for Rome although don't know offhand which countries generally done from there.
