I'm a mom of three children,i have been eight years in Canada as a visitor visa with my husband ten year as a study permit , my two children are Canadian,one Toddler is not a Canadian we want to go back to Canada so my children can be safe from the war in Libya and to have a good education and health, so what could i do to go back?

during those years you stayed in canada, you supose to have applied for permanent residence then, infact by now you will have been a citizen, anyway you no means to get too canada, will not advice you to apply for visiting visa or study visa or work permit again, now start with a permanent residence to the pronvincey your familier with, within 2 years, you are done, the process will be fast cos you have been cleared of medicals and security before
