Hi guys,

Can any one elaborate that which provincial nomination program is faster especially for skilled workers?
Do all provincial nomineed programs require job offer from that province? if so then how to get job offer?

Thanks
Naveed

Saskatchewan PNP is faster as compare to other provincial program, is this province job offer is required, i dnt know about the rest of them

just from experience (my husband and other colleagues), I would say SINP.

having a job offer is the fastest route to get SINP approval.

You need a job offer for all PNP under skilled categories........ All PNP have different timelines and then again depends on your visa office for the process after nomination, so honestly alot of factors are invovled.

Hi everybody,
I am going to India for my marriage in first week of december.
I am waiting for RPRF and passport request.I applied for PR under PNP.
Ottawa received my medical request on 6th Aug 2010.if I didn't receive Passport request
till first week of dec. Will it affect my passport and RPRF request ?
Another thing I have applied for H1B Extension which is on intial review
.if I go to India and due to some reasons if I didn'come back to USA.
Can I get Canada PR from India or any body from USA can go on my behalf
to CIC Buffalo get PR stamping for me.

I will really appreciate if you give your inputs on this.

sorry, yes you are right job offer is needed in any PNP skilled category. what i meant was having Canadian work experiece, because my husband has been on a temporary work permit for 1 year before he was offered a permanent full time job, that may be the reason why he got his nomination less than 1 month after applying.

If you are getting married and are not a PR yet you need to advise CIC of the change in your marital status BEFORE you land in Canada. Your new wife will have to be added to your application and admissibility/background checks will need to be completed on her. This will delay the issuance of your PR visa BUT if you don't do this, you will NEVER be able to apply to sponsor your wife.
