Hi everybody,
I applied under the Canadian Class experience but my application was rejected as I didn't have enough worked hours in my skilled work experience.
I have been in Canada for 7 years, did a Masters at the University of Alberta (full-time) and taught as a university instructor (part-time) at the same time.
I am now in my 4th year of a PhD (full-time) and I am still teaching as a university instructor at two different universities (UofA and Grant MacEwan).
I also speak both official languages fluently (I'm French).
Do you think I should go for the federal skilled program? I think that would be what's best for me but they have a cap:they only process 500 applications per year. I'm scared it will take years for me to finally get it.
