Which NOC do I qualify for?

Hello,

By qualification I am an electrical engineer but I have worked in different plant based managerial functions namely Production, Quality, and Maintenance. I have the following questions:

1) Which NOCs do I qualify in this situation and which one should I opt for?

2) Will these experiences count as relevant experiences and earn me crucial points?

As long as it’s NOC 0, A or B, and within last 10 years, it will fetch points.

Thanks. But isn't NOC based on education? This means that I could, for example, qualify as a doctor but I am working as an accountant, so my NOC would be of an accountant?

Where did you read that NOC is based on education?

IRCC will assess whether you selected the right NOC based on your employment reference letters. If they agree with the NOC selection, they would comment “provides a job description that is consistent with the lead statement and main duties as set out in the declared NOC category”.
