Which NOC could be announced ?

Hello all,
If an express entry candidate has 2 or more NOC (Bachelor degree for one NOC and PG degree for another one)

1-Which NOC should be announced for fsw EE on the assumption that both NOC has the same condition?

Both NOC has related degree and job experience but jobs' field may be diversified like one of them computer programmer another one management area .

You only have one primary NOC so that is the one selected. NOC is not attached to education.
