which Marriage Certificate to get?

Hi, I have a question concerning which type of marriage certificate to get for submission of Spousal sponsorship application. Should I get the file-size certificate or certified marriage certificate?

Your help is highly appreciated.

I got married in Ontario, and ordered the certified marriage certificate. It's a bit more expensive, but I'd rather get the more 'official' one, than buy the cheaper one and run into issues later on.
