which learning approach is better

Hello all,
For learning English for IELTS exam If you have paper references (no matter which skills)
which strategy is better
suppose you have a very good references book for writing and TASK 1 section in there contains 100 pages:
You can practice it fast within 1 week
OR
with normal step each day 1-2 hours and therefore it takes 1 month

which one is far better?
