Hi,

When you don't have any relatives or friends in canada, you should have tried to find out these things early.

Try this link where you can find accommodatons online.

Bro,

These r too many questions conjoined into one query. Their responses are detailed & need separate discussions. The choices r varied... however, for ease let me put some one-liners:

Assumptions: i ve no relatives/friends there except u all..

Replies:
1. Cheapest areas would be the suburbs: Mississauga, Markham, Oakvile, York district etc. [rent & self-sufficiency wise]
2. What to do after Landing: http://www.safehomestay.com/ is a good place to start. [used by many I know of]
3. Schooling: 3yr olds have to go to creches & day care centres. Till they could be admitted into KG with www.tdsb.on.ca. [costly proposition]

Checkout the 'General -all Canadian Immigration', 'Settlement', 'Education' & 'Housing' Forum threads for many related info on this website. U might want to post your queries individually there too.

Regards,
Qorax.
