which is the best way to call husband here?

Hello Everyone,

I am very confused on my situation of how to call my husband. I have finished my studies here in Canada and now on valid work permit. Last month I went back home and got married with my boyfriend. Now my question is should I file his application here in Canada or let him do that from outside Canada? Another question is How can he get work permit at the same time of getting visa?

Any idea?
