Which is the best method of living in Canada?

Hello Everyone

I am 31 yr old guy frm India. I have 8 yrs experience in Software field as a Senior Developer and DBA in India. I wish to immigrate to Canada. What I want to know is which is the best way to immigrate to Canada. Should I apply for student visa so that I can study in a Canadian university for 2 yrs and then find work there? Or with my professional experience I can get a job there?which is the better method?
