Hi Folks, I'm putting together my PR application, and I've been corresponding with the IRCC lately about using an non-panel physician for the medical exam. The IRCC advised me to submit an incomplete application without medical exam and then contact the agency that processes my application to request a dispensation. But how can I know which specific agency will process my application? In other words, after we electronically submit our application through Express Entry, where does the application go and who should I contact? Because the IRCC is slow in replying to emails, I think it's much better to ask here. Thanks a lot!

Contact your visa office, check where your application is being processed depending on your current country of residence.

Thank you, DelPiero07. If you don't mind, I have to bother you with another question. I'm applying from the United States. Two visa offices in the US process PR applications: the one in Los Angeles and the one in New York. But how can I know which of the two will process my application? Is the information available to us applicants?

Can anyone help me with this? After you submit your PR application, is it indicated anywhere which visa office is processing your application?

Just e-mail both to see which one is processing your application.
