Hello friends, I have confusion regarding this and need genuine help to clear my query. Below are the two scenarios and please confirm which is better -

1. I have a job offer with LMIA and then will apply for work permit. I will land in Canada and after working for one year I will get 40-50 points to add up in my CRS score for PR later or I can apply for PR via CES (Canadian Experienced Class)

OR

2. I have a job offer and will use it for my Express Entry profile and will add up 50 points (NOC 0, A and B) to my CRS score to get PR.

Please let me know which would be better since I have my CRS score around 460 now.

Lastly, if scenario 2. is better then -
  • Will the job offer be valid for one year since Express Entry do take 8-10 months to be processed completely?
  • Do I need only job offer and no LMIA for express entry profile?
  • Furthermore, if I get only a job offer without LMIA, will that be a counted as my job offer in express entry profile and will get additional job offer points ?
    THANKS

You don't have to work for a year before you receive points for your LMIA-based job offer. You are saying the same thing, 2 different ways.
I know but which is more feasible and faster of the two?
I know if I will go for a work permit I wold require LMIA with a job offer but is LMIA required if I will use it in express entry for PR or only job offer will do?
