which is better idp or british council?

hello..

i gave ielts exam from british council last month...

i got overall 6 bands i.e listening-6.5,reading-6.5,writing-5.5,speaking-5.0

i have to give exam again just because of 5 bands in speaking...

plz suggest me frm where i give ielts exam-British council or idp?

Both are same. However, IDP scoring pattern is considered as marginally easier thn its counterpart British Council.

(but its just a hearsay sort of thing with no proved fact)
