I have gotten admission to both University of Manitoba and Memorial University for an MBA program. Cost wise Memorial looks better. However I need a little more insight on which will be a better choice in terms of, quality of life, weather, PNP nomination etc

Hey there,

Memorial is a better place in terms of winter weather and that’s all. Winnipeg is a much bigger city and has way better jobs, better pnp and being a city it’s got the big city life. It is much bigger than St. John in all terms.

The only problem is the winter is frigid in Winnipeg. It touches -10 on an average. But Winnipeg is a way better city than St. John. Unless your budget conscious Manitoba is a better choice. Also the mba at Manitoba is more job oriented and gives specialised skills, the memorial program will give you a general MBA.

All the best

Hello:

I have gotten admission to University of Manitoba MBA and MEM (Master of engineering management) in University of Ottawa. I am a Project Manager in technology and I don't know which program would suit the best for me. I only got 520 in GMAT exam and that's why I could not access into another MBA program. I have gotten admission into UNBC MBA too, and just like obivine I would like to know which will be a better choice in terms of, quality of life, weather, PNP nomination etc. I am married without kids.

Thanks.

Greetings Kartz
Please do you have any idea if university of Manitoba has started giving admission for 2019 fall
