which is best? PNP or Canadian Experience Class

I want to ask which one has the highest chances of getting accepted and quickest processing. PNP or Canadian Experience Class.

I heard PNP is generally slower than Canadian Experience Class in Alberta (1.5 years (PNP ) vs. up to a one year processing (CEC).) The situation in ON could be different, but I'd have a look at what the current processing times are on CIC website.
