I want to ask which one has the highest chances of getting accepted and quickest processing. PNP or Canadian Experience Class.

I would say CEC, PNP in ontario is employer driven other than if you apply in PHD or Masters stream. If someone applies under PNP and he looses/switches his job then PNP has right to deny its PR application. Even though i have applied under PNP ontario but i would recommend you to apply under CEC if you are eligible.

Note that CEC has additional documentation requirements and requires language testing. But it is faster by a couple of months.
