Which immigration office should I write in my PR application? [urgent]

I had initially put CIO-Sydney, Nova Scotia, but it seems this is not correct.

I'm in Toronto...which immigration office should I write, and what is its address? I checked online and it appears this is CPC-Ottawa...but I also see references to "CPP-Ottawa"...so I'm confused.

If you're Inland applicant you should select CPP- Ottawa

Great. It looks like CPP-Ottawa is now referred to as CPC-Ottawa, just for future applicants.
