Which Home Adress do I have fill out on DeclarationCard -PR Flight back toCanada

Hi,
I have Permanent Residence status in Canada .. I have a PR card!
What do I have to write on the Declaration Card if I would fly back to Canada (trip to Europe) /
WHICH HOME ADRESS??? the one in Canada or the one in my Passport?
and
Visitors to Canada
Duration of stay in Canada?

Do I have to fill out this? or not because I am not a Visitor anymore?!

You are a PR. Use your home address in Canada. You are not a visitor so you don't need to fill out that portion.
