Which forms for outland?

I am sponsoring my common law UK boyfriend. We are boht in Canada now (him as a visitor) and we intend to apply outland. I think this means we send our pplication to mississauga and then it goes to London?

Which forms do I use for this? Because I downloaded the applying for permanent residence within canada form, which says I can ude if we both LIVE in Canada, and it says we cant use this form if we intend to appeal ashould we be denied. This sounds to me like the inland form... Can someone help me??

All of the paperwork for the outland seems to imply he isn't in Canada...should I just ignore this??

also, does everyone applying outland have to get a medical examination done? id never heard of this til I read the application guide today..

He can be in Canada and submit an outland application. He needs to maintain his visitor status while the application is processing.

Everyone applying for PR must have a medical done.

Medical and all police checks need to be done before, and submitted with the application.
