which first ???Medical results to be recieved or security Background?

hello everybody !!

i wanted to ask some information regarding to PR application under spousal family class ,,

which action is done first by the visa office { cairo -egypt} ?? they recieve the medical results or they get the security background first ??coz my application on e case showing that it was recived then showed medical recieved and no more updates

any one have some idea will be appreciated

umm i see no answer lolol ,,,, I JUST WANT TO KNOW IN WHICH STAGE THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS DONE ,, BEFORE OR AFTER THE MEDICAL RESULTED BENG RECIEVED

Background checks are done in the 1st stage , security checks are done in the 2nd stage along with medicals , although some background checks are done in the 2nd stage too.

Usually, the Medical results recieved sow on E-CAS before decision made , once you have all the security checks done you will have a decision.
