WHICH FEES TO PAY ? - HELP NEEDED

One stupid question :

I have passed the first stage with the CIO and must now submit the complete application to the London visa office (skilled worker).

Which fees am I supposed to send :
- another round of processing fees ?
- or the permanent resident fee ?

Sorry but suddenly I can't figure it out on my own (too much stress I guess!)
Thanks in advance for expert advice.

Nothing yet, London will request the RPRF ($490) when they are ready to issue the visa.

I am a little surprised as they clearly mention in their guide to join fee payment to the visa office application.
Anyone can confirm this point ?
