Which degree should I first get evaluated?

Hi,

I have done my Bachelor's in India and PG Diploma in the UK.I am intending to assess both my degree and diploma.
however,i am confused about which one should i get evaluated first,does it make a difference if my bachelors degree reach WES earlier then the diploma transcripts?

I was told that WES does not evaluate a PG qualification before evaluating bachelors.

please share your views about which degree transcripts shall i post WES first.
