which country to get visa medical done?

hi there. My australian wife who will be applying for PR for canada with my sponsorship needs to get her medical test done. should she get it done in australia now? or when she gets to canada in may? does it make a difference? we will be applying for the sponsorship and immigration when we are together in canada in may.

medicals can be done anywhere with CIC Designated Medical Practitioners but wait until CIC ask because you will receive medical papers.
