which college or university should I apply to ?

so I did my 10th from cbse and got about 70% and 11th also from cbse with 80%
then i decided to transfer to nios and did my 12th (which are really low ) my overall in 12th is around 50%
maths -33%
physics-36%
English- 56%
computer science - 75%
chemistry-56%
my ielts how ever is overall 7
and the course i want to go for is computer science
so can you guys please recommend me some college or university where i can apply since i have very low marks

Most schools want at least 55 to 60%.
