Which citizenship status website is correct?

Hi All, a little confused and would appreciate your responses to get some clarity. I see 2 websites for 'Citizenship Status' Tracking.

It seems strange that you are finalizing applications received from September 2019 (on the one hand) but also processing applications for the 'Week of October 25, 2021' on the other hand.

Does anyone know the difference?

First refers to aor letters. Second refers to finalizing citizenship apps.

They can both be right since they have different info.
