Hi there,

My common law spouse is applying for permanent residency. She is a Hong Kong citizen and lives with for most of the year in Canada. However, we want to send our application as an outland package. Which case processing center do we send it to?

Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

Spouse and Common-law Partner (currently living in Canada):
CPC-Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4

I am assuming its going to be Station A considering its an outland application?

Please correct me if I am wrong.. this has been a long journey and I don't want to mess it up.

Station A, if you send it to Station B, your file will be classified as an Inland application after which it will take some time before CIC redirects the file to the outland side.
