Which body to select for medical degree evaluation from the list provided by MCC?

i have made an account on MCC and requested an SVR, which is then showing me an option of "share" clicking on which shows me a list of medical institutes in canada with which i would like to share my details or get my evaluation from. My question is, being an outsider how would i know which option to choose ?
I'm applying for EE and i am the PA.

Are you aware how difficult it is to get licensed in Canada as an MD. The majority of IMGs never work in Canada. Would suggest immigrating to another country if you want to keep practicing medicine. What type of doctor are you? Are you fluent in French?
