Which are the provinces for which EE is not necessary?

Hi ,

I would like to know the list of provinces which does not require EE to start with?

NOC is 2174

IELTS Score is 6.5

Age 28

Education Bachelors degree in Science (Information Technology)

Experience 6 years as Senior Software engineer (.Net)

Please advice me the provinces which would not require EE. Thanks in advance.

Quebec.... But the intake quota is reached and you will have to check whether your occupation is on the list or not....

Also Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, New Brunswick, Ontario, Yukon, NFL, NT have paper based PNP streams.
For Manitoba you must have Manitoba connection (the one for exploratory visits is closed
Saskatchewan is does open from time to time for the occupation on demand (they have 2 streams for that, one for EE and one is outside). However your occupation is currently not on their list
Albera - they have paper based streams only, but the only one without Alberta connection are for specific occupations again.
New Brunswick - they have one new paper based stream, but this requires good French levels.
Ontario - they have paper based streams for Master graduates and for applicants already employed in Ontario. Currently those streams are closed
Yukon, NFL and NT have PNP bound to a valid job offer in their province.

PEI, BC and Nova Scotia (I do not recall them to have any paper based streams at the moment).
