which applications and documents i need to get fill for getting temp work permit

i got a business in alberta and i need forgin workers how can i get all the documents and some one can explain to me once and for all what is the proccess i need to do i need 2 emplyees and 1 manager/ supervisor ..... please let me know some info and some links to the right documents
