Which application forms to send with your application and which not?

Hi, I am applying under new FSW PR program and one of the application forms is IMM0008DEP which is to be filled if you have dependents. Since I have none I believe that I dont have to fill this form but my question is, do I have to send it with my application even if it is empty.

- If you are applying as a single applicant; and you do not have a dependent child; then this form does not apply to you and should not be included with your package.
- Likewise the same goes if you are applying yourself and not using any representative to file your application for you. The representative form as well, in such case, will not be a part of your package.
- Important thing to NOTE - you mark all the forms and documents that apply to you in the Document Checklist. You arrange your documents in sequence as described in the checklist. For the items which do not apply to you - you do not mark it. The VO will not look for them (unless, obviously, something should have been included and is not present)
