HI Everyone, CIC had requested additional documents in their email, but I m confused about which address to send it to. In their email they listed both of these addresses. Which should I send my documents to? I want to be cautious because these documents are very important and dont want them to get misplaced and lost. Thank you for your help.

If your documents are very important you should maybe consider using a courier to send them. I've sent my passport to Manila (to the first address) once via EMS and they received it just fine, then I had my Study Permit in hands in less than a month.
Since most courier companies don't deliver to PO Boxes, you should mail it to the first address.

Honestly though, EMS will do the job. To me it's been easier (in Japan you can find a Post Office on every corner), cheaper, and more reliable than some courier companies.
